For the past 30 years, I've called Southern Maine my home, a place that has given me so much to love and cherish. From the serene shores of Mousam Lake to the bustling streets filled with unique restaurants and shops, my heart truly belongs here.

I'm Tanya, a seasoned Real Estate Advisor dedicated to guiding clients through the intricacies of buying, selling, and investing in property across Southern Maine and New Hampshire. My journey here started in college, where I met my wonderful husband, Bill. Today, we are proud parents to two incredible teenagers, our cheerful French Bulldog, Oscar, an energetic Golden Retriever puppy, Bodhi, and our clever cat, Oreo.

When I'm not immersed in the real estate world, I devote my time to volunteering with local non-profits, enriching our community and making it an even better place to live.
