Lark Coffee
Welcome to Lark Coffee, the cutest little coffee trailer in Maine! Just minutes from the ocean in Wells, this cozy spot serves everything from smooth espressos to frothy lattes, and the baristas truly brew up magic with every cup.
Emily Gallant, co-owner of @scoopdeckmaine and founder of Lark Coffee, grew up experiencing the joy of “kafferep” (Swedish coffee parties) with her grandparents. The rich aroma of coffee, homemade treats, and hours of conversation inspired her vision for Lark Coffee—a warm, welcoming space where community and comfort come together.
To bring this vision to life, Emily teamed up with the talented Lindsay! Lindsay, a skilled bartender, artist and business student, honed her craft at the Scoop Deck and now adds her creative flair to Lark’s signature drinks. She makes their house-made, small-batch syrups, featuring fresh, real ingredients (no artificial flavoring, corn syrup, preservatives, etc.) and they take your coffee / drink experience to another level!
Current syrup lineup includes:
Maple
Chocolate
Raspberry
Vanilla
Special Seasonal Option: Pumpkin (hello, fall vibes!)
Not a coffee person? No problem! Lark has amazing alternatives: @whiteheronteacoffee, the refreshing energy boost of Lark Spark, plus Matcha, Chai, and fall specials like Apple Spiced Chai & Chaider (Chai + local apple cider).
For an extra treat, visit Friday through Monday for fresh-baked goods made by @shaynamwright and locally sourced flowers from @front.yard.flowers and be sure to check out their amazing selection of merchandise, with designs by @groovegraphics.studio, on screen printed shirts, glassware, hats, beanies and mugs.
Whether you’re grabbing your morning brew or catching up with friends, Lark Coffee is the perfect spot to soak in the peaceful atmosphere and make new memories.
